Les Fils à Maman, Paris

If you are nostalgic for the dishes that your mom used to cook; if fish doesn't come in the form of sticks and mashed potatoes do not come in flakes; if you remember the nice smell of Sunday family cooking: this restaurant is yours. It is located in the 9th arrondissement near the Folies Bergères, in a small courtyard away from the street noise. Alban, Julien and the two Nicolases, four mamma's boys, prepare a simple cuisine full of smells and flavors. The icing on the cake: one Tuesday night a month, the cooks' mothers take their place in the kitchen. Then they give customers some useful advice and offer the day's recipe.
