Chef Dominique Bouchet loves food. His newest venture, a restaurant that's his namesake exemplifies this love. The ambiance is intimate with the stone walls, dark woods and mood lighting. The lamb and ham are marinated and simmered to perfection and the fresh vegetables and cheese explode with flavor, with no croûtons to distract you. The wines are modestly prized and a perfect compliment to the meal. The Restaurant Dominique Bouchet is at its non-pretentious best, a pleasant surprise considering the Chef has got two Michelin stars, one each for La Tour d'Argent and Hotel de Crillon.
