A neo-bistro in its own right, Sensing is very modern in its ambiance and decor. Clean, fine lines and solid colors dominate the interiors and the video screens mounted on the walls give you a clear indication that this restaurant is new school. Chef Guy Martin and his Three Michelin Stars have dressed the menu creatively. The dishes that include his trademark truffles and foie gras are traditional, but with a nouvelle twist. For a touch of the still old world charm, the menu for the ladies has no prices on it. Très Chic, n'est-ce pas?
