Théâtre 71, Paris

The bases of the artistic project at Théâtre 71 are a strong belief in the importance of theatrical creation in a constantly changing world, and considering the theater as a space for exchange and discussion that is essential to exploring the question of what the human community will become. Performances are shown nearly every night Wednesday through Sunday, ranging from theater and marionettes through concerts, dance, and opera to juggling and productions for children. The Cinéma Marcel Pagnol shows selected films and organizes related events, and a bar and bookshop welcomes audiences for a drink, a snack, and even public readings or lectures.
