Overview

Part of Hotel de la Garonne, Le 19 is a few metres from the Pont Neuf. The erstwhile warehouse which was used to store fish is now carpeted with muted lighting and bare bricks. The seasonal menu comprises terrine of foie gras, crayfish with gnocchi, duck fillet, baked apple and gascon pancakes. 4-course prix fix meals and wines from the region are also offered.
