This long-established restaurant is discreet and professional. Be wary if you sit in the rooms upstairs though, as there's a danger the staff will forget about you. The décor is mainly red and the bistro also houses a terrace, which catches the midday sun. The menu always offers carpaccio of salmon with drill, and beef with basil, served with pasta or French fries. The chiffonnade de jambon (ham), and terrine de saumon (potted salmon) are always excellent. For dessert there is carpaccio again, this time with orange and cinnamon or pineapple. It's a popular place so book a table in advance.
