Vegetarians often feel out of place or limited for choice in many French restaurants. However, as a vegetarian buffet located in the heart of centre ville, La Faim des Haricots proves that sometimes the options can be endless! The restaurant gives customers a few different choices in formulas, and the menu is separated into five different categories: soups, salads, plat du jour, pies, and desserts. Diners can create their own menu by combining any two, three, four or five of these categories in any way they like, with a small difference in price for each level. Truly arranged buffet-style, the dishes are fresh and replenished frequently for hungry customers who can’t get enough of the hearty veggie cuisine. Wine and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are sold separately from the menu, as well as other main plates for customers who don’t wish to partake in the buffet spread.
