Sherpa (Le), Toulouse

This teahouse and crêperie is set apart by it’s lively yet relaxed atmosphere and inexpensive meals. Patrons at Le Sherpa talk and socialize in the beautifully decorated main dining room or at one of the outdoor tables while quiet jazz music plays in the background. Le Sherpa also has an incredibly communal ambience, as the walls are covered in posters and announcements for local events, and tables becoming communal once it starts to become more crowded during meal times. Le Sherpa has a large, reasonably priced and simple menu of both main and dessert crepes, as well as ice cream, wine and cider, and an extensive array of teas. The latter is a particularly popular choice, as the menu offers many different kinds, from calming to herbal. Takeout is also available during all hours of the day, and the restaurant will often remain open late on the weekends, though the exact hours are based on the clientele.
