Overview

Call-a-Pizza was one of Berlin's first delivery-only pizza services and the brand-name has become a generic term much like kleenex has for paper handkerchiefs. Well-placed ads on the back of Berlin's telephone books and a constant stream of fliers stuffed in mailboxes have increased it's visibility even further. On offer are Italian pizzas (with a thin crust which is often soggy by delivery time), American pan pizzas (with a crust as thick as the sole of a platform shoe), pasta, salads and tubs of ice cream, usually Haägen Dazs.
