Habel Weinkultur is a restaurant and wine cellar located in Arte Luise Kunsthotel. The wine cellar below the restaurant was a concept that was begun by Johann Simon Habel, who created the first Habel Wine cellar in 1779 for Frederick the Great. Today, his descendants run the Habel Weinkultur kitchen and cellar with equal finesse and perfection. They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner, all of which comprise of local specialties. This is where you are sure to find some German politicians, artists and economists having discussions over a delicious meal.
