Kaffee Mitte, Berlin

Formerly an organic grocery, Kaffee Mitte sits on the corner, at the nexus of four fashionable streets in the Mitte district. Bare concrete walls, bare light bulbs and plain wood complete the minimal-chic decor and keep the cafe in aesthetic harmony with the surrounding stores and smartly dressed clientele. The drinks and food lean towards an Italian flavor, which is more or less normal for the cafes of this caliber in Berlin. In general, don’t expect anything extra special from Kaffee Mitte, but do expect quality from what they do offer.
