Knofel is certainly something different. It tags itself as the first ever garlic restaurant. With a rustic atmosphere and friendly service, most of the meals on the menu are prepared with garlic. Start off with a plate of garlic bread, follow it up with chicken baked with 40 cloves of garlic and, if you're feeling courageous, a bowl of garlic ice cream to round things off? If you need some help digesting things, then a glass of schnapps should do the trick - garlic schnapps, of course.
