Overview
Situated in the northern district of Wedding, Volkspark Humboldthain is a popular weekend hang-out. Yet you can hardly tell where the park begins and where it ends. Tall trees surround long stretches of lawn. A steep hill rises in the middle. The hill made of wartime rubble is the park's main attraction. Several paths wind up to the top, where breathless visitors are rewarded with fantastic views over the city. The park also contains other attractions such as an outdoor swimming pool and a Baroque garden.
