Overview
Not far from the university one can have a relatively cheap meal in a nice atmosphere at Kashmir. It is predominantly young guests/students who fill the restaurant, in which case one should definitely make a reservation on the weekend. The friendly and attentative waiting staff serves a gratuitous welcome drink and popadoms with a choice of dips to start. Everything is delicious here and can be even spicier, i.e. hotter upon request.
