At Dalaman they certainly cut to the chase in a truly opulently Ottoman fashion. The ambience is delicately eastern and colorful, whilst the house specialities are extravagently flavored, masterfully spiced and come in very generous portions. Their warm starter platter is easily enough for two and makes a great introduction into the differing dishes included in the Bosporus cuisine. Next why not try the Lamb kebab with yoghurt served on a bed of rice? Or the Dalaman filet served with a side, which is always a sound choice. A selection of Turkish wines and Raki are available from EUR3 per glass, or if you're not in the mood for a tipple, tea is always and option at EUR2. On Fridays and Saturdays, the male guests are in luck: it is hard to ignore the mesmerizing hip movements of the belly-dancers who are the regular weekend entertainment.
