Located near the historic Kaiserpfalz in Düsseldorf, the church of St. Suitbertus is a must-see for this picturesque area. Built between 1050 and 1237, this triple-naved Basilica houses a gold shrine containing the relics of Saint Suitbertus. He was an Anglo Saxon missionary who built a monastery in Kaiserswerth in the 700s. Situated on the wonderfully tranquil Suitbertus-Stiftsplatz, the Basilica attracts visitors.
