  Hotel might be nice, but do not stay here if you are travelling with kids under the age of 12. There are no accomodations for them -- pool is next door at a fitness center and unless your kids are willing to swim laps, they can't swim. No kids menu for food. No television programs for children either. The staff was extremely unhelpful and offered a "rubber duckie" for the kids to play with after a long travel day -- kids are 7 and 10 and did not find it amusing. When we tried to leave the hotel after finding all of this out, the hotel proceeding to charge us nearly $400 for a hotel cleaning fee that we had been in the room under an hour -- most of which was spent waiting at the front desk to discuss the situation. Went to the Westin Grand which was overly accomodating for the kids -- should have started there, but Hilton "assured" us that the Frankfurt Hotel was kid friendly despite the fact that the front desk staff said they "rarely see kids in there."...   Read More
