This popular restaurant is located in the market place in Winterhude and offers specialities from the Balkans. A meal here is a good idea before visiting the Winterhuder Fährhaus or Alma Hoppes Lustspielhaus. The interior decor is not very original, but quite cosy and a friendly service is provided here. That is why some guests have kept coming back for 30 years. In summer, you can also dine outside. The menu offers large choice of well-known popular dishes from the Balkans, which are often served along with a shot or two of ouzo. If you've had one ouzo too many, it might be a good idea to make use of the taxi rank in front of the restaurant.
