Kaffeemuseum Burg, Hamburg

When it comes to coffee, there's not much the experts at Burgs Rösterai don't know. The Burg Kaffeemuseum, run independently of the roaster itself, makes that expertise available to interested travelers with over 8800 pieces of coffee paraphernalia and accessories on display. Guided tours, which include coffee tasting and a video screening, can be arranged for groups between 10 to 25 people during opening hours or by appointment. The museum also offers a number of seminars on the general history of coffee and roasting as well as barista training seminars. Further information can be found on their webpage.
