Old Commercial Room, Hamburg

Fish and tradition are two very important words at the Old Commercial Room. This is the place to go for real Hanseatic specialties. The menu is translated into nine languages, definitely appreciated by all the international guests. The Old Commercial Room distinguishes itself by its interior. "Welcome on board" should actually be the first words spoken upon entering the place. A combination of mahogany wood, brass lamps and ship's accessories create a cosy maritime atmosphere. Above all else, Labskaus is a firm favorite and also a visual experience for newcomers here. Amongst other classic dishes, Pears, beans and bacon is highly recommended.
