Chimú, Hanover

Over 15 years ago, the bar at the entrance of this restaurant brought pisco sour to Hanover. It's not just this old fame which attracts the more elegant bar-goers, till late into the night. The little bar still mixes excellent cocktails and people talk and enjoy latin, salsa and jazz music. The restaurant further to the back is styled with a Mexican-Indian touch with earth colored walls and tropical plants. Pastel de choclo, sweet corn stuffed with beef and turkey with chocolate sauce are served: really delicious specialties from South America. The restaurant opens at 6pm from Monday to Saturday.
