According to the management of this barbeque bar and grill, the original Billy Blues was a Texan who liked nothing more than dancing, cooking, eating smoked pork ribs and singing the Blues. This restaurant tries hard to live up to the legend, offering all sorts of grilled meat dishes to tempt the palate, and a steady stream of live entertainment acts. At night the restaurant atmosphere gives way to a cocktail bar and disco, the lights are turned down and the music is turned up. The menu changes every week, and features TexMex, Cajun and California cooking and a highlight is the Salsa night every Wednesday.
