Blue Fish, Heidelberg

The Blue Fish is known as Heidelberg's 'Underground-Hochburg' (underground-stronghold). The club, located in the basement of Schwimmbad-Music-Club, plays exclusively Dark, Wave and Techno music; the clientele, accordingly, is young, colorful and a bit crazy! An alternative agenda is set at the club in contrast to the hall used regularly in the Schwimmbad-Club, which actually offers something to suite every music taste or mood. The disco on the first floor plays the latest chart-toppers for those who are dance crazy. Those who prefer to listen to different types of live music should go to one of the numerous live concerts (by local and international musicians) which take place on the second floor or in the tiny cinema; and for those who are just rounding up their evening, the cafe with its rooftop terrace is the perfect option.
