Boulevard Cafe-Bistro, Heidelberg

Right across from the main train station in Heidelberg (take the north exit and you'll see it across the street), this cafe offers a pleasant place to rest at the beginning or end of a rail journey. Its stylish interior with neat and sleek black dining chairs, tables for four, and long bar also offers a couple of gambling machines for those who are feeling lucky. All sorts of drinks are available, including Sangria, and to quiet hungers daily specials, like pasta and flammkuchen, are available in addition to regular menu of lighter dishes. There is also plenty of outdoor seating at round tables that can accomodate six or seven people.
