This small restaurant offers you a fine choice of the cuisine based in the German region Swabia. That includes peasant, old fashioned Swabian dishes and local wines. A special attraction is the stewed Nutria (a kind of beaver), a really uncommon dish even in Germany, but a real treat! Also worth seeing is the "Vereinszimmer", a room within the restaurant, where all chairs and tables are made of dear horns and fur. Vegetarians rather stay away!
