Overview
Do you think you've seen everything there is to see in Nuremberg? If no, then head to the Goldenes Posthorn; this restaurant is a must. Go towards the Church of St. Seebald or the Kaiserburg, (starting at the Hauptmarkt) and you will find Germany's oldest Wine Inn. Established in 1498, the Posthorn can look back on an interesting history. You can sample the cuisine Franconia has to offer in historic surroundings. Albrecht Durer's goblet and Hans Sach's menu are some of the historic artifacts that are part of the decor and the Posthorn has received a number of culinary accolades. In 1991, 1992 and 1993 it won the first prize in the Bavarian Restaurant awards!
