Overview
The square facing the Athens Market Hall is occupied by dozens of stalls selling vegetables, fruit and live chickens. The last thing you would expect to find in a place like this is a gallery exhibiting works by young Greek and international artists. Spread out over six floors of an unpretentious-looking building, the Artower Agora's exhibitions feature paintings, sculptures and other objets d'art. The opening of each exhibition always begins with a lively party.
