All'Arcangelo Michele, Bologna

All'Arcangelo Michele is located in the eastern part of Bologna, towards the city of Imola. Located in a former farmhouse, the building was remodeled and converted into a restaurant in 2005, and has since been serving traditional dishes, paying particular attention to freshness and the choice of ingredients. The flour used for the pasta, which is made on site, comes from a small, family operated mill not far from the restaurant, specialty dishes like the Tortellini are only made upon prior reservation, and all desserts are freshly made in their kitchen. Because of the previous use of the building, table availability is not an issue, as the restaurant has two floors of dining rooms and a large patio for the warmer months.
