Anatra e L'Arancia (L'), Bologna

This delightful restaurant is located near the square where the Chiesa di San Domenico stands, right in the heart of the city. The intimate and informal atmosphere is warmed by the soft candlelighting. During the summer there is a verandah where you can eat your food while looking over one of the most evocative scenes in Bologna. The cuisine is mainly fish based. Specialties include Linguine with Lobster and Tomato, Raw Sea-Bass with Iranian Caviar, Stewed Cuttlefish with potatoes, Catalan-style Crustacean platter, Grilled Fish, Fish Salad, and for meat lovers, delicious steaks made from Chianina beef. For dessert you can try the Vanilla Bavarian Cream, or the excellent chilled Mixed Berry Cake.
