Bistrot au Coq qui Rit, Bologna

Anyone looking for a corner of France in Bologna will be pleased to hear of Au coq qui rit (meaning "The Laughing Rooster"). A retro style restaurant with nicely laid out tables, liberty style lamps and soft lighting where you can savor refined French cooking accompanied by pleasant background music. For the more romantic, you can dine outdoors in the summer months in the lovely gardens termed La petite cour.
