Ristorante Africano Adal, Bologna

Near Bologna's racetrack and not far from the station, this African restaurant that is the epitome of courtesy that will let you really immerse yourself in the colors, smells, and flavors of a culture that today may not be too far away. The decor of the large room is made of bamboo wood with beams on show and typical materials with warm African colors. The food consists of vegetarian and meat starters meat and veg samosas kitfo (soft bread with fried, salted meat with tropical flavors). A dish called Zighini (beef stew with mixed vegetables, chickpea and lentil puree). Unique fish-based dishes Couscous with meat and vegetables or plain with tropical vegetables. Yassa (rice with lemon, onions and mixed fish). A myriad of desserts including coconut, papaya and mango tarts, served cold. There are herbal teas, Kemem tea, aromatic Gengenbil coffee in the best African tradition. There are also dishes from Eritrea, Ethiopia, and Egypt. Every Friday night at 9:30p there is belly dancing and music of African origin.
