If you still havent tried the flavors of Umbrian cuisine, the Cesoia restaurant is a very memorable must. The owner, Pietro Montanari pays particular attention to the choice of products and takes special care that Umbrian traditions are followed in preparation of the dishes. The pasta is homemade. Dishes include: Vegetable Soup, Lamb cooked in its own juices with black truffle, wood pigeon with black truffle and the renowned chianina beef.
