Taverna dei Lords is a well established restaurant in the heart of Bologna, the perfect place to try different combinations of dishes and recipes from a menu that changes with the seasons. Experimentation is the main characteristic of the Taverna dei Lords, where the most traditional ingredients are blended with fantasy and creativity by chef Giovanni. Here a section of the menu is completely dedicated to dishes from the Marche region, such as the Palle di Schioppo, literally "shotgun balls," a dish of small meatballs drenched in cheese and served in chicken broth. Once a week, Taverna dei Lords also features live jazz, usually Friday nights.
