This charming wine-bar is found in the old storehouses of the Palazzo Borghese. It is ideal for a lunch-break or in the evening before or after a play. There are toasts with cured meats and cheeses to try, as well as with onion, mushrooms and truffles. They also serve hot soups, carpacci, large salads, savoury pies and pastries. For the more greedy, there is the milkshake with organic fruit. Surrounded by cross vaults, stone columns and marble tables, you can enjoy the best wines from Tuscany and central Italy. Often there are exhibitions by local artists to combine with your wine-tasting.
