Gusta Pizza, Florence

This is a cheap pizza hot spot for students, travelers and locals alike. The Neapolitan guys behind the counter know how to make a true Italian pizza. There are only a few choices on the menu, but when the ingredients are this fresh you don't need more than a few choices. The pizza men know how to have a good time and get their guests excited about dinner, too! The tiny room is set with four or five small barrels made into tables with glass tops. It's tradition for customers to write a message on their order ticket and stick it under the glass as a memento of their visit. -Annie Bettis
