The name of this elegant restaurant in the Santa Croce area is inspired by the nearby former Murate prison (ora d'aria roughly means time out of the cell or recreation hour). Talented chef-patron Marco Stabile has designed a menu with creative dishes from the Tuscan and Italian tradition. It is based on a variety of great-quality meat: beef, rabbit, pig and wild boar.
