Centrally located, close to the railway station and just a few steps off the Central Food Market and the San Lorenzo Market, a popular attraction for all tourists, this trattoria has been in business since 1860. Typical Tuscan dishes such as ribollita (local bread and vegetable soup), caciucco (a traditional Livornese fish soup) or mixed boiled meats are served for lunch, but they also prepare hearty sandwiches for a quick bite. The menu offers a wider choice for dinner including specialties as filet with mushrooms and tagliata, a cut steak with lard from Colonnata. Good strictly Tuscan wine list.
