Trattoria Bibe, Florence

One of the oldest trattorie in Florence, Bibe has belonged to the same family for 150 years. Located in the Galluzzo hills, they offer typical Tuscan cooking with a very good choice of wines. Open only for dinner except on weekends when lunch is served as well. Experience the magic of a Tuscan evening outside during the summer months when dinner is offered in the garden under the trees. Traditional Tuscan fare is the specialty here: affettati (cold cuts) and fettunta, an entrée of fried or grilled meats and vegetables, is a must try. Closed on Wednesday and Thursday for lunch.
