At lunch you see men dressed in suit and tie, or university students, for a fast but high quality break served at the counter; at dinner this place is full of tourists who want to taste the typical cuisine of Ligurian tradition. In summer, it is possible to sit at the tables outside, in one of the most characteristic squares of the historical center: the ancient wash basins, now renewed, represent the focal point of attraction between medieval houses and little shops that have year by year opened, giving new life to this not so popular area, although it really deserves a visit. You don’t come here by chance, but it’s worth the effort since the flavors are authentic and the price reasonable.
