Bossa (La), Genoa

As soon as La Bossa opened it became one of the trendiest places in Camogli. Located on the street next to the seafront promenade, it is a small space which identifies as a wine bar for the most part, so it is open for aperitif time and after dinner, proposing a choice between almost 200 labels, each of them selected with extreme attention by the owner. What is really amazing is the cuisine: the plates are not a lot, simple, but everything, from bread to dessert, is homemade and it’s plain to see! The menu changes almost every day, so it is difficult to find the same plates on a return visit. On Thursday it organizes evenings based on the enogastronomic tradition of other regions.
