The name “Creuza de mä” isn’t exaggerating; sitting at one of these tables one the most popular singer-songwriters from Genoa, Fabrizio De Andrè, wrote one of his most appreciated songs of the same name. It's not difficult to understand what inspired him: the panorama, which is there for you to enjoy through the full-length windows of this restaurant, furnished in an elegant marine style, is absolutely breathtaking. The view is a glimpse of the typical ancient seafaring village of Boccadasse – a mix of the sea and little colorful houses. The cuisine is traditional of Genoa, but enriched with a bit of modern originality and includes a wide choice of freshly-caught fish. Bread, pasta and desserts are homemade as well and often change; the selection of wines, most of all the whites, is ample.
