Located at the heart of the city, the Museo Nazionale della Ceramica Duca di Martina presents a comprehensive display of decorative art derived from the collection by the Duke of Martina in the 19th Century. The decorative artwork mainly comprises porcelain, ivory, leather, glass and coral creations. The major focus at the museum is on an elaborate collection of Renaissance Majolica ceramics, however, it is the collection of Oriental art, which is home to 1,200 pieces of porcelain, enamel and bronze creations, that are its major attraction.
