This restaurant is located on the roof garden of the Hotel Excelsior. From here, it is possible to take in an evocative, panoramic view of the Gulf of Naples and the Vesuvius. Traditionally, this restaurant has always served up typical Neopolitan dishes, expertly prepared by a chef of international standing. Amongst all the specialties, the 'Crespelle Excelsior' really stands out. This is a fancy dish made from a base of porcini mushrooms, smoked Provola cheese, eggs, milk and Parmesan, topped with a sprinkling of black pepper and a knob of butter.
