Overview
Located about an hour away from Palermo, this beautiful village, previously named Calcusa, was renamed after the owner of the land, the Spanish family de la Cerda. It is a well-preserved town with nearly 5,000 inhabitants. The local culture is centered on the production of the artichoke; so, make sure to try some dishes with that regional specialty!
