"Le Cremolose" is a place where renowned Sicilian ice cream tradition meets innovation. This pretty ice cream bar is located in the green Alberigo Gentili Square with its fine baroque fountain, directly in front of the Giardino Inglese. A liberty kiosk hosts multicoloured icy chests with their surprising content. Ice cream tastes different here, as the top secret recipe called “cremolosa” contains fruit in little pieces and only natural ingredients. Pistachio, pine nut, almond and roasted hazelnut are the best-selling flavors. Success has been so huge that "Le Cremolose" has grown larger with a nice glass house where they serve also aperitifs, brunches and light lunches, and now has branches in other Italian towns.
