The food here pays tribute to the traditions of the local area. This place is in Fontanelle, in a small part of Roccabianca, about forty minutes by car from Parma. Friendly atmosphere. The owner Ivan Albertelli offers excellent cured pork meats to start the meal. To follow there is ground lard with fried polenta, fried parmesan with bacon, rabbit on a bed of steamed beans and excellent cheeses with home made mustard. Desserts include the 'rose of the dessert', the Bavarian cake with yogurt and strawberry sauce. Good choice of wine.
