Attractive restaurant in Forlì (half hour from Rimini by car), 13th-century former stopping place of the Knights Templar, with fairy-tale scenery and medieval setting. Extremely pleasant site with a garden with an olive tree in the middle and leaded glass wall decorations with old family coats of arms. All located under a spectacular and cool pergola. Carefully developed menu: you can begin with the light and tasty sweetbreads, flaky pastry with cheese and artichokes, the well prepared Asparagus Risotto, lamb chops with artichokes. The desserts are simple and tasty: crumble cake and Semifreddo di Zabaione (custard) with strawberry cream. Interesting, unusual, refined wine list.
