You have to drive a few miles to reach this pizzeria, but it has the reputation for being the most Neapolitan (and therefore authentic) pizza in the area. The only disadvantage is the long wait time, which you only realise once you have sat down. This is a very simple interior with checked tablecloths, the tables fitted wherever there is space, a single menu per table and wine in an ice bucket. There are also meat dishes, but it would be a crime not to eat the pizza. There are about 50 possibilities including fried Calzone. The pastry is soft with a smell of bread and flour, incredibly fragrant and cooked to perfection. Prices are average.
