A somewhat out-of-the-way restaurant, approximately one hour from Rimini by car, in Rocca San Casciano in the Tuscan-Romagna Appennines. Rustic setting typical of the Romagnese Trattoria, light, spacious, with no special decor. Courteous and rapid service. Dishes prepared with ingredients produced on site or at least strictly local ingredients. When available, the porcini mushrooms are unforgettable. Alternatively, enjoy the large antipasto (appetizer) with tasty vegetables in oil and house-made cured meats (the salami with truffles is very good), Tagliatelle and Tortelli (stuffed pasta), kid, guinea hen, rabbit, squab, real game, local Pecorino (sheep's cheese), fabled honey, crisp etruscans (pastries), open-face tarts and house-made Nocino (green walnut liqueur).
- Open Hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 10:30 PM, Saturday from 08:00 AM to 11:30 PM, Sunday from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM
