Overview

In the historical center of the ancient town of San Marino, just thirty kilometers away from Rimini downtown, you can find this interesting and amusing Museum, which dates back to 1966 and resembles Madame Tussaud's in London. A fascinating historical reconstruction of forty scenes and a hundred characters in ancient costumes and period settings offers you the chance to admire such figures as: Pope John XXIII while granting a special audience to Jacqueline Kennedy; Adolf Hitler and Benito Mussolini; Garibaldi, the hero of two worlds beside a dying Anita; Dante Alighieri and his Beatrice. A very special section is then dedicated to characters from the opera and to the instruments of torture. You may never know what man has been able to make up with his mind!
